Delivery costs are applicable to any Capital city within Australia and most major regional cities and towns.  We will contact you if an additional cost is applicable to a remote location.

• • Most of our items are made to order, with standard dispatch time frames being 3-10 business days.
• We can make Express Post available if you require an item urgently.  Please contact us if you require this service and we will advise the additional cost.
• Proscore uses Australia Post for all shipping unless an item is over their size limit.  Every order is insured and requires a signature.  We require a residential or business address as deliveries will not be made to PO Boxes or Parcel lockers.
• The majority of deliveries occur between 9am – 5pm so the most accessible address for this time period is required (consider your work address as an alternative to your residential address).
• When your order has been dispatched, online tracking information will be e-mailed to you. From here, you’ll be able to track the transit of your purchase.  If you haven’t received an email confirmation, please also, check your junk mail, and contact us if you still haven’t received one.
• To ensure its safety, all items require the recipient to sign for the package upon arrival; the package cannot be left unattended.
